Important Information, Please Read.

In an attempt to stop our members being troubled with e-mail spam, we have modified members' e-mail addresses in this web site so that the @ symbol is not there to be recognised as the key character by other systems searching the web. Therefore all e-mail address have been modified by changing the @ symbol to the actual word at.

You may find the following helpful to respond directly to the e-mail addresses quoted here, as you also need to amend the at back to the @ symbol when sending your e-mail. To pick up the e-mail address and use it straight from these pages, highlight the e-mail address by left clicking and scanning over it, then place the curser over the highlighted text and right click, then select "copy" and "paste" this into the address box of the new e-mail you are going to send by placing the curser in the address box, right click, select and then click "paste". All you need do then is to remove the at and insert @ and your e-mail is live.
